Monday, April 9th 2012 at 9:37 exactly...my precious new nephew Brady James Wood made his way into the world!!! I am so thrilled to welcome him to our ever growing family. Angie had a very long and very hard pregnancy, so we were all so glad when she was induced at 39 weeks. Caryn and I had a sitter come over to watch the babies and we took all the big kiddos to breakfast so Mom and Dad could be up at the hospital with Angie and Mark. We were leisurely taking our time at Shipley's and Starbucks so the kids wouldn't be up there all day, when we got the call that it was time to push! We were so excited that things had gone so quickly, but were crazed trying to get there in time!!!
Once we did get there, the kids played out in the waiting room and Caryn, Mom and I got to wait right outside and hear his first cries! Can you believe it!!!!!!! Incredible! At 9:37 he was here! 8 lbs 13 oz 21 inches long.

Later in the day Uncle Josh got to come meet him.
He was so happy and content until his first bath. He didn't like that much :)
Later in the day Miss Caroline came up for just a bit to see the precious bundle. Surprisingly, she was immediately in love. She didn't mind who was holding him, she just kept wanting to see the "baby".
Beautiful Brady James, you are the sweetest, best baby! I love you so much and am so thankful that you came to join the Wood/Warren/Smith/Purdy family.
