Last month we got to celebrate Josh's birthday! The big 34!! In true Josh form, he requested that we just go on a nice, private date night to celebrate. For a 3 year old (and a Purdy blooded Mama) that simply isn't enough :) I have never needed any excuse to go to 135 Prime, so that's what we did for dinner, but before that, Lila and I got the party ready.
She decided that her Daddy really wanted a jelly bean cake. I wasn't as sure how to make one of those, but with this pirate princes showing me the way, we made it work.

Unfortunately, I didn't know "Daddy's wishes" for a jelly bean cake and had already gotten a cookie cake. So...we just enjoyed both.
Happy Birthday Josh! We are so glad you are our our Daddy/Hubby. No one could make any of it near as fun as you!!!
