Watch Lila Grow!

From the moment we found out we were pregnant in March, we have felt so blessed. It is so amazing to see Lila growing each month! It is truly a miracle to have a heart beating inside of you. I feel so lucky that God has entrusted me to help her grow into the person she is going to be.

This was our first visit after finding out we were pregnant! 6 weeks...the little peanut in the black space is the baby.

The peanut grew arms at 8 weeks.

Can see her brain at 11 weeks...

Our third attempt to determine the babies sex wasn't a complete loss. We got a nice profile of Lila and her little turned up nose at 15 weeks.

Lila already crosses her ankle on her knee like Mommy at 19 weeks.

Practice Makes Perfect !

Josh and I have 7 wonderful nieces and nephews! Ryan, 4 and Ally, 1 from the Wood family. StaceyIII, 3 and Wyatt , 1 from the Smith family. Mia, 3 and Blaine and Presley, 1 from the St.Clair family. Needless to say we have had plenty of practice in the past 4 years with the babies. I think Josh is almost confident in holding them now and will at least consider changing a diaper. As far as posing for pictures, we are pros. All the other parenting stuff, I guess we will learn as we go!

A Year of Traveling!

This past year has been a whirlwind. We have been lucky enough to get the chance to travel to lots of different places.

Add about 3 more trips to both Waco and Lubbock a few more to Dallas and you'll understand how busy we were. We leave for the Bahamas this week and that will wrap up our crazy year!
