Last week we started Lila on rice cereal. She has been watching us so seriously every time we eat and gets really excited to watch the food "disappear". I thought she would be so good, a pro at this whole eating thing.
Just one more surprise in motherhood. She HATES it! Can you blame her. It's like soggy, sticky, old, chewy milk??? I love the look on her face. Like, "How could you do this to me"? Anyway, we waited a few days and tried again. Now there is more staying in than coming out. Practice makes perfect. She is clearly not hurting for food or missing any meals so,... in due time :)

My boys never liked cereal so I never gave it to them, Brooks especially. I just jumped to baby food. Your little Lila is one of my favorite baby girls ever, :) even when she's not fond of cereal.
I think baby gag faces are so funny :)
So funny! That little gag there at the end is just what Payton does each time she has to take medicine. lovely!
Great Video, I'm with you why would they like cereal? Glad she is coming around a little for you. That won't be the last of that face though, just wait til she gets a veggie she doesn't like and it will be back :)
OMG! LILA! That is super funny! Brooklyn eats her cereal through her bottle (I know I am a bad mom and they so not to do it), but I give her all of her other baby food by spoon. She loves it all! Carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, squash, and bananas. Hopefully Lila will like the other stuff better.
