Purdy Family Visit

As I have mentioned in past posts, Josh and I are moving to Waco this summer. He finishes his fellowship program at the end of June and then it's off to central Texas!!! We are SO excited to go to a smaller town and set up shop. Josh will literally be setting up his own private practice while Lila and I will be enjoying the simplicity of all things Waco. As the time gets closer we are realizing how much there is to do. All the joys of moving, starting a new business, buying our first house, etc...etc... The problem is with any free time we have, all we want to do is spend time with our great friends here in Houston before we leave :( So much to do, so little time!

This past weekend we went to Waco to look for a house! We saw about 15 houses all over the place. We really liked several of them and are planning on seeing more when we go back. Josh got to go rub elbows with some important people at the ribbon cutting of the new Hilcrest Hospital and as always, we had a great visit with the fam.

We went to Practically Picasso to paint Lila's 3 month footprint and Ally's 2 year hand print for Mom's kitchen.

Here is Honey's masterpiece! Lila's first tile to add to the wall.

Here are the sweet cousins with Uncle Mark watching B-ball.

At lunch with Honey and GP.

Here is our first attempt at bluebonnet pictures. We are going to try again on a less windy day:)

Lila was very curious what these things were??

I love her first little bluebonnet pictures!! And that picture of Mark and the kids is just too cute. I have all my peeps on the lookout for any recent listings in their neighborhoods, they're really efficient! Have a great week.

Those bluebonnet pictures WORK! I always want better pics but those are so sweet. Pink preciousness in the blue! I'm so jealous you're moving to waco with your sister and mom...what a treat! So excited Waco is where God wants your little family. That way I can see you when I pass through!
