A few weeks ago we I potty trained Caroline. Josh had already planned on going on a guys trip to Lubbock to watch the Red Raiders. We had done the three day potty training method with Lila and it had worked great. I knew only one person could really do this with her, so I thought I would be okay alone. Dear Lord.....I had forgotten how terrible it is!!
Don't let these precious pictures of tiny undies fool you. We had three days of AHHH! I basically had to be right by her side every minute of the day, waiting for her to have an accident. (Next time I do this, I WON"T be pregnant). There were many tears (by us both), but by the end of day three, she was going in the potty. She didn't really tell me when she needed to go, I just took her every thirty min or so. Now, three weeks out, she is doing really good. Not accident free, but most days stays dry.
So proud of my big girl! Now we just need to get her in a big girl bed and she'll be big sister ready!!!
