Easter Party

Every year my sisters and I have an Easter party to celebrate one of our favorite times of the year!!  This year it was so awesome to explain to Lila that it's no one's birthday, or a time to give gifts, we just want to celebrate the most amazing gift of all, Jesus dying for our sins and the miracle of Him rising from the grave!!  She really is starting to get it.  SO cool!  Since I am in the 9th month with baby James Wright, my sisters really took over the party plans this year.  By that I mean, I showed up and called for the bouncy house :)  Caryn very graciously let us all invade her house and set up everything!  It was so much fun!

Easter mix popcorn!

We had the kids divide up their eggs into two groups, so the little ones could hunt in the grassy front yard and the bigs in the awesome woods behind their house.

 

We Caryn had it set up so that the little kids could play in the backyard and the bigger kids could play in the little side street that they have by their house.

Shocking...but my little wanted nothing to do with the coloring pages and little bounce house.
