This is a photo that I keep on our fridge. It is Josh and me 8 years ago on Thanksgiving day. He was in his second year of med school and I was a sophomore at Tech. (19 yrs old)! We went out to Granny's house in Crosbyton and I met his extended family for the first time.
They showed me all the embarrassing photos and were so fun. We had been dating throughout the summer and fall. It was on the way back to Lubbock that I remember looking at him and thinking, "I love this guy". I told him that night that I knew I wanted to be with him forever. I am so thankful all these years later that I still love spending Thanksgiving with him. God really knew what he was doing binging him into my life! Now as we sit here days away from meeting our little girl, I love him more than ever. I am so very thankful for my growing family!

Love that picture....but most of all, love the couch you are sitting on. My Nanny had that EXACT couch!!! Can't wait to hear the news of sweet Lila's birth!
